Freeze drying does not shrink or toughen the fruit, but retains the aroma, flavor, color, shape and original nutritional content. Fruits like cherries, raspberries, cranberries and others still look and taste fresh because, in reality, they still are. With water and oxygen removed, the fruit is not subject to loss in taste and nutrition or the spoiling process.

Processed fruits contain unhealthy additives including high-fructose corn syrup, artificial flavors, food dyes, colors, concentrates, maltodextrin, canola oil and monosodium glutamate (MSG). Freeze Dried fruits remain untainted and in their original state just as the day they were harvested.
